A buyer made a purchase and disputed the transaction as "Not received" . I confirmed that the goods have been given to him and asked him to close the dispute. He hasn't responded. If he does not respond by the dispute's 'due date' will I automatically win the dispute?

If its still at the 'dispute' stage and he does not escalate within the 20 days given him then yes the dispute will auto-close.
However if he escalates to a claim then the onus would be on you to provide a tracking number that proved delivery of the item to the buyer.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
