Question regarding automatically close dispute

Hi 

I currently have a dispute with a buyer over a virtual good. 

I have responded to the dispute.

My question is what will happen if the dispute is closed automatically after 20 days has passed if not escalate to a claim ? Will I get the money that are on hold of the buyer get it ? Because I am sure that this is a scammed and want to know what I need to do next

PayPal will release the money back to you (seller).
