I'm being scammed please help!

Greetings,

I have been a paypal customer for many years and this is the first time I have an issue like this. An unknown account sends me money that doesn't show addded to my funds, then issues a refund. 

I'm new to the resolution centre but also don't see any options to complain about the payments, to reject them or to block the account sending the money to me. How can I proceed? I have already lost money, my paypal account is in red numbers and I don't know what to do.

I understand your concern about the negative balance for receiving unknown payments in your PayPal account. Unfortunately, the option to block the users or payment is not available in PayPal. No need to worry! As you're not able to report the payments, please reach out to our team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page or send us a message through our Twitter(@AskPayPal) and Facebook page to get this checked further.
