I HAD A DISPUTE WITH A PERSON BUT DUE TO A MISUNDERSTANDING. WE HAVE RESOLVED THE ISSUE BUT I CANT CLOSE THE DISPUTE

Let the dispute automatically close in 20 days no contest without either party escalating to a claim.

Here's how to close a case:
- Go to the Resolution Center.
- Locate your case from the list and click View to open.
- Click Mark as resolved at the bottom of the page to close your case.
- Click Close Dispute.
- Add any additional comments in the comment box, and then click Close Dispute.
