Is there anyway they will re-open a dispute

They closed my case before I had a chance to summit paperwork and when I talked to call center they sounded like they would help me will they re open my dispute ..they found it was legit and gave me my refund than reversed it

I don't think you need to fear in this case As for the case that was close Try to remind them of the issue again It would be looked into
