As was recommended after first claim was rejected.  I submitted an additional submission to l claim appeal on Nov 10th and heard nothing as yet. Subsequent to that submission I received a notice form Paypal advising of "Unusual Activity" so I had to change my password. The whole point here is that my original claim was that I never ordered the item, vegetable peeler, in the first place. The vendor was Giske Trading Company and the shipping agent identifies as [removed] If you google these names there are abundant complaints about their shoddy practices, which paypal appears to be turning a blind eye to. I suggest that customer service at Paypal review these entities and their business relationships as many on this forum and many others have had serious issues. These appear to be Chinese scammers who use the Paypal platform to **bleep** Paypal  retail members. What is Paypal going to do to protect their retail customers?

Unfortunately, I am in a similar situation. Pay Pal should somehow respond if there are repeated complaints about scammers.

Yes I have been scammed by this seller also I refused the item sent it back to the seller and provided a tracking number to Pay Pal and it does not seem as though they are trying to fight for me to get my refund ? This is crazy that the reviews state this seller does bad business with everyone !!!! The only thing I want is my refund from this seller and I will never purchase anything else from them nor will I recommend them to anybody else. I feel violated with this !!! Buyers be ware !!!! This company is a scam !!!!

Giske is a total scamp company, and PayPal is just doing nothing about it.

Beware!!! There is another Chinese company called Bamby Offical that is scamming people as well. I don't understand how these social media and other businesses are allowing these fraudulent company to use their platform to scam people. Consumers are making these companies rich and they allow scammers to use us.
