Cannot get refund from guest purchase from fraudulent website RC Parts, Fraud website

I ordered an item from storrcparts.com and paid my invoice in full. I was using a guest account. I never received the item, the seller has never contacted me and I lost my money because the site seems fraudulent. What can I do? I have the invoice number and everuythin

You generally don't have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but if you do NOT have a paypal account then you could open one with the email address you used and then contact customer services with the invoice number and see if they can add the transaction to the account for you. If you did have a paypal account but did not log in with it during checkout then you may not have that option.

 

You can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you.
So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
