Fraudulent website: Gazebo Palace

I made a business purchase on a website that is now suspected to be fraudulent gazebopalace.com. I want to have my charges reversed, but Paypal is requiring I contact the merchant and go through steps first . Problem is, the phone number is not accepting phone calls and I am afraid by the time I try going through the protocols that PayPal requires, the crooks are going to get a way with it and be gone by then.

If there's any problem with the purchase, PayPal purchase protection policy covers you and help you to get refund if certain requirements meet. Here's the article helps with the steps to report the purchase in the resolution center of your PayPal account : How do I open a dispute with a seller

 

In the dispute phase, you can exchange the messages with the seller to resolve the issue. If you can't come to a resolution, you can escalate the dispute to a claim. Once you escalate the dispute, PayPal will intervene, review the information and decide the outcome. If PayPal needs any additional information, you will be notified via email. You can always check the status and updates of the dispute in the resolution center of your PayPal account.

Yes. They never returned my emails and the phone number is incorrect. They took my money and never sent the product. I put in a request to dispute the purchase with PayPal and still waiting for response from PP.
