Hi everyone!
So on 08/20/2022 I made a purchase trough German website eBay Kleinanzeingen. The item in question is iPhone 12 mini, used, for 350 € with shipping from Germany to Croatia. I made a deal with the seller to pay for the item trough PayPal but with option "Pay for goods or services" as I was scammed once in my life. The payment occurred at 13:51h. At first I was very happy that we made a deal but because I was scammed already once and he didn't remove the ad I tried to contact him with different e-mail just to see his response. And after that he was still selling the item and offered it to me again but wanted payment on different PayPal address. As soon as he offered it to me on different e-mail I made effort to cancel the transaction and wrote him a message on the app itself as well trough PayPal messages and opened a dispute. He didn't want to reply to messages sent on the account I bought the device or PayPal messages. I have contacted my card issuer Revolut and they couldn't help me as (I have transcription that I will be able to provide, they say I need 6 digit authorisation code and confirmation that funds wont be claimed). On 08/21/2022 seller responded to my messages trough eBay Kleinanzeigen and agreed to cancel the transaction and promised to do so on the evening that day. Of course he didn't do so. I've also sent a message to PayPal and made sure that are aware of the situation.
Today, 08/24/2022, he has escalated a dispute to a claim and posted a tracking number from FedEx??? That means that he shipped the item from USA to Croatia and it says that the package is already in France . I've wrote 4 essays as additional info but does PayPal even read that? I have screenshots of the conversations in German where he says that he will cancel the transaction.
For the record, when I put his parameters in FedEx shipping calculator, shipping costs are 380 USD, more than what I payed for the item. That's why I'm certain that the number is fake. Also, customs need to be payed for item that expensive from the States, is that something PayPal takes into consideration? Tracking number is: 277077484880
I need advice what to do? What if that package shows as delivered in system? Do I need to change case type? I am freaking out a little bit rn.
Thank you in advance

Firstly if you lose because seller has provided a tracking number then all you can do is wait for the item to arrive, if it does and is misdescribed then you can contact customer services and ask them to open a second dispute for you for 'not as described'.
If you check the tracking and its fake then post back for more advice.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
