What do I do if I don't have photo ID?

I received my first payment for a watercolor I did for someone. After I did this, PayPal limited my account saying I needed to give a photo ID and the site I'm selling from. I don't have a photo ID yet, so I don't know what I can do to not have my account shut down, or what I can do in replace for one.

Wait until you old enough to get/have ID Card, wait until you old enough to have/make a bank account...... wait a minute, the account limitation is actually a another problem (your 2nd problems).

Can't you get a photo i.d from somewhere, can you apply for a government or citizen i.d. in your country?
