I have paid $725 to Winspark (PlanetSpark.in) using Paypal service for 60 Classes. The company, notorious for scamming people with initial classes and ghost the subscriber. My daughter completed 44 out of 60 classes and the teacher doesn't want to take any more classes. The company is not assigning new teacher even after multiple emails. I tried to dispute with Paypal and Paypal is closing the dispute as the payment was done for more than 180 days. The company knows this trick and playing with the customers. Please help

Paypal covers you for up to 180 days, this is more or less the same time frame (sometimes longer) than most credit card companies give you.
As you are over the time you would need to take your own private legal action against the seller if that is an option in your country.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

prasenjitdas -> I am also in same boat. Planet Spark charged 1450$ for me for their awful services. But as it passed 180 days, it seems its almost impossible to recover amount from them. Is there anyway you think ? like private collection agency ?
