PayPal will not allow Google pay, how do I fix??

Hi! I disputed one transaction I made through Google pay, now PayPal will not allow Google pay at all how do I fix this in my account?  Windows/android

Thank you for your post, and welcome back to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to relink your PayPal and Google Pay accounts. 

At what point is the connection not being allowed? Is it when you attempt to add your PayPal address in the Google Pay interface? If so, it is possible that Google Pay has declined to allow the linking. If a dispute is filed, some merchants will disallow future billing agreements. If that is indeed the case, communication with Google support would be needed.
