A friend sent me money and I immediately sent it back to her, a couple of months later, paypal has created a case about it saying that it's an invalid transaction and now i got fined the full amount and then some. So I now have a negative balance on my account, how is this so?
In that case those funds would not be linked to the transaction as they were not refunded but 'sent' as a separate payment.
You should really have clicked on the transaction and used the refund option bottom of that details page and then a dispute would not have been possible.
