If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

The bad news Is:

1. I have waited already 180 Days

2. No Disputes from any account at all

3. Paypal mentioned that ( When you accepted the PayPal User Agreement you agreed that $2,500 USD [or $2,500 CAD for all PayPal Canada account holders] per AUP violation is a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal's actual damages)

and i am asking them to proof the damages occurred due to my account ? it is a big Joke.

Read Paypals acceptable use policy, because the violation would be in there.
