Buyer opens a dispute asking for the money back but the package was delivered 3 months ago..

I sold a Jacket on Grailed on 16 September 2022 and shipped on 17 Sep via DHL. I checked and it was delivered on 19 September. 

On 9 December, the buyer open a claims stated that " I did not receive the item. I want my money back"

After i have seen the dispute, i sent all the information and proof that the package was delivered.

On 1 Jan 2023, the disputes closed as BUYER'S favor.

I also reached out to DHL and they said that the package was delivered on 19 september and there is no signature because the BUYER might ask the delivery to put the package infront of their house so that's why there is no signature.

It seems like i already got scammed and Paypal really on the scammer side.

What should i do now?

(The jacket i sold is a $3,000 Louis Vuitton jacket)

For seller protection for an expensive item like that you have to send it trackable with signature confirmation of receipt.

So i can't do anything about this? 

Just have to let go of my jacket and $3000?

No idea what you can do, I am only telling you why you probably lost the dispute.
