11 Fraudulent Chargebacks from 1 Buyer, What Should I Do?

I have been charged 11 Paypal cases from 1 buyer who successfully received her order. And I have proofs of shipment together with complete tracking numbers from the couriers. What should I do? This is a form of fraudulent from the buyer.
Those are the pending Paypal Cases only for 1 buyer - Nicezy <removed> with the complete address <removed> and contact number <removed> (with Facebook profile <removed>) Please Do Your Part in the investigation as I already showed you all the proofs and tracking numbers of the courier.
Should I also report also to the NBI Philippines Anti-Cybercrime? I am very devastated.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
