Hello @Barbs5,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I understand that you would like to go paperless. If you're refering for PayPal account statement, you can download a report of your transaction activity for up to the past 7 years into PDF, Quicken, QuickBooks, or as a CSV or TAB file. Here's the help center article to know more information to download statements. If you're referring to an opt-in Paperless\electronic PayPal Credit statement, please follow these steps.
1. Click on "PayPal Credit (previously Bill Me Later)
2. Click "View Statements
3. A pop-out menu on the right will allow you to select a statement. If you'd like to change your statement preferences, click "Manage Statements" at the bottom of the page.
4. In the PayPal Credit section, you can choose Estatements or Paperless statements.
Good Luck,
Ayesha

I had one arrive this morning, made even crazier by the fact that it contained strings of £0.00 and nothing to pay. I don't understand the reasoning for not giving us the paperless option. Our UK banks encourage us to. There will be a mainframe computer somewhere producing these things in their 1000s, post room staff, then postal charges. If PayPal want to go on a cost savings exercise, this would be a good place to start. Saw some old PayPal posts and there was once an option it seems.

I have tried and just end up going round in circles, I just cannot see an option to turn off receiving statements in the post. When I click on Statements I see the list and can view or download previous statements, yet I have just received a paper PayPal Credit statement in the post. I can see no drop down or any other option to turn this off completely
