Hi I believe you can turn monthly paper statements off and receive them digitally. Although the same cannot be said for yearly ones, you have to receive it through the post. The paper statement shows all transactions made during the year. I hope that helps. ... View more

You can’t turn them off. Monthly statements should be sent digitally. Unfortunately PayPal don’t give you the option of receiving yearly statements digitally, only paper ones. I hope this helps. ... View more

Hi Ayesha, Thank you so much for your reply. I have followed your advice but unfortunately it hasn’t solved my problem. I did exactly as you said, I clicked on a statement but there is no where that points to choose my statement preferences ie paperless. Do you think if I rang PayPal they could help with my request?
