Why can I no longer print out my monthly transaction report?

I used to be able to print out my monthly activity report but no longer can. There’s no way to print it from either my iPhone or my Mac computer. Anyone else have this problem?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. 

I do understand your concern with this. You should not have any issues printing your reports. It sounds like your account may be affected by a technical issue. 

The best thing to do would be to contact our customer support directly. They can investigate this further for you. To do this, simply click on 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Alternatively, you can click here.
