Hello, I hope someone can help me. I received an invoice today claiming I only paid part of it. However the only traceable transaction I can find from my emails is a purchase in 2015. This purchase is claiming to be in 2012. This is the first I have heard of this matter. No disputes, emails... Nothing. My question is, can PayPal trace back as far as 2012 to check this? I am being threatened with legal action over something I am completely unaware of.
