Download Problem: 2022 1099-K Reconciliation file in CSV format

For more than three weeks now, I have been trying to download the 2022 1099-K Reconciliation file in CSV format. I receive the same "Failed.Retry" error for the 1099-K Reconciliation file in CSV format over and over again. I have tried clearing cache and deleting cookies. I have tried multiple browsers, computers, and devices.

Multiple PayPal representatives confirmed that they also received the same error. Multiple PayPal representatives also have promised that someone from the tax team would send me the file manually, but apparently there is no back up plan for them to actually be able to do so (reportedly they can send the 1099-K form but not the 1099-K Reconciliation file in CSV format). Apparently, there is no timeframe for a fix on the download, either. Taxes are due on Monday.

I already downloaded the Activity Report. It does not have the same information. It lacks the “Received Amount in USD” field. The "Gross" field is in the original currency. I need to be able to download the CSV 1099-K Reconciliation File for the “Received Amount in USD” field *before* PayPal collected its transaction fees. 

Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution? Does anyone have a competent contact at PayPal who can get problems fixed? Thank you.

When you do the Activity Download report, did you select all the report fields and it still doesn’t provide the info you need?

There’s also the “Custom” option in the “Statement” category instead of “Activity Download”, that’s ideal for doing taxes as indicated.

I have already tried:

Reports > Activity Download > Activity Report

The "customize report fields" options do not seem to include a "Received Amount in USD" field for international currency transactions.

Reports > Statements > Custom

Selecting the date range of Jan 1, 2022 - Dec 31, 2022 and downloading the CSV does not include the "Received Amount in USD" field for international currency transactions, either.

I need to be able to download the CSV 1099-K Reconciliation File for the “Received Amount in USD” field *before* PayPal collected its transaction fees. This is the number that PayPal reports on the 1099-K; without this data there is a significant discrepancy between what PayPal reports on the 1099-K and what I actually received.

Any other ideas? PayPal apparently considers this information to be "a courtesy" and acts like it is not a big deal for them to not fix their download function or otherwise send the 1099-K Reconciliation File in CSV format before taxes are due. ☹️
