I have a pending payment and I was told by what i believe was a legitimate customer service agent that I had a problem with my PapPal app and needed to download the "AnyDesk" app to allow the agent to access my phone and turn over control to allow them to resolve the issue. I did not feel comfortable doing so, and wanted to check if this was standard SOP?
