Possible UGG boot fraud....has anyone else ordered from UGG OUTLET????

I have ordered 2 pairs of UGGS from UGG OUTLET and the payment went to AUKOALA AUSTRALIA INTL LTD via Paypal on 2nd Dec 2011.

On 3/12/11 I received the order confirmation email and an email confirming the shipping of the boots which gave a tracking number and the shipping company www.ejs.com.cn, however when I put my tracking number in, the page could not be displayed because a fatal error had occurred!!!!  This stated they would take 5-7 working days to arrive....it has been more than that now.

I have emailed Aukoala and I have emailed the UGG OUTLET store and the mailer demon sends it back saying the recipient does not exist!!!   I am really concerned that I have been scammed.

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks

Sorry to hear all these horror stories but somehow feel a bit better that I am not the only person to be taken in by these crooks. My case is with Paypal and they have asked me to get a reputable dealer to confirm that the boots are not UGGS which I have done and now waiting for outcome. Like many I was taken in by the fact that they used paypal which is the only payment method I now use if I have a choice, but it just goes to show the old saying is true, if it looks to good to be true it, probably is!! Like everyone else the image I saw was definately an UGG lable not a Aukoala which until now I have never even heard of! We cannot all be wrong, but I have now learnt a valuable lesson and lets hope not a very costly one! Good Luck to you all and a message for Ada, go away and leave me alone!

I spoke with Pay Pal yesterday about the same thing as they have said they have awarded in my favour but I need to send the boots back. I would not mind doing this but it is likely to cost quite a lot to send these boots back to China and I am not convinced that even if I do this that they will arrive; I will then have no boots costing £185,000 and equally will have spent money on postage!! Like all of you when I ordered them I did not know they were coming from China and also that they are not UGGS but another brand AUKOALA, Pay Pal stated they cannot be classed as counterfeit goods as they could have mistakenly sent the wrong items equally they were not even the boots I ordered ?? I am so outraged and certainly do not feel protected by Pay Pal what so ever, I will think twice about using them in future a credit card might have more protection than Pay Pal !!!

I would not send them back they already have a bundle of your cash, do you honestly think they care? The webiste we purchased them from has dissapeared 'BIG CLUE' call Aukoala (they have a website, may be time difference)and ask them if they have a legal authorised supplier at the address given by the UGG Outlet (the one you have been asked to send them back to in China) ask them to confirm in writing that they do not, which we know they don't if you read all messages and then whatever way paypal choose to look at it they are fake goods, good luck!

DEAR ALL

I Have now made a complaint against Pay Pal as I feel they offer no assistance WHAT SO EVER please see my email ro them -

There are so many threads on your 'Lets Talk' page about a particular web site to do with ‘FAKE’ UGG boots. All of us have purchased boots un-be-known to us they are coming from China and NOT even GENUINE UGG boots!! All PayPal can say is return the item, I have spent so much time on this and feel reluctant to return the boots at a vast additional cost to my self,  only for these rogue traders to say they have not been received then I will be minus BOOTS plus the cost of the return. I wish I had paid by credit card. Pay Pal are of no assistance what so ever!! There should more stringent rules in place for bogus sellers, we all used Pay Pal as we felt secure with what you promised, but I will no longer use your company. I will be posting this on your LETS TALK page to see what others say too. The boots I ordered are A. NOT UGG boots and B. NOT EVEN the style I ordered, why should I be out of pocket because of this?? VERIFY YOUR SELLERS before you allow us to use your company to buy from them and if you know they are fake GET THEM OFF PAY PAL

This company know exactly what they are doing, they are leaving it until literally the last hour before i would get a refund before replying, i to have been told to send them back and then i will get a refund, theres a couple of problems with that, sending them back registered delivery means spending £35 on postage, then when they get them they will say i sent back an empty box or whatever thus not getting a refund, this is a joke, we have all been ripped off, the compnay knows it, i know it and paypal know it, they are making this very difficult to get a refund.

Also, im not entirely sure the address they have given is even a real address, just constant stalling by the company. I'm sending them off today so we will see what happens.

Hello,

unfortuanatly I also bought a pair of these boots for my girlfriend as a christmas present.

As they received after 3 weeks shipment we found out, that these boots are fake boots, way too small for the ordered size and not original ugg boots.

Since then I had a discussion via email with some of these Aukoala support members, because I had activate a paypal conflict for this deal.

Their last offer was 44 Euro back ( including taxes I paid 155,- Euro) or finally to sent these boots back.

I´m afraid of doing that, because of the high shipping costs and the risk that the boots get lost during ! or at the end of the shipment, in that way I would loose all.

I´m really feeling robbed, and don´t know what to do, anyone could?

I´m really sure, that these Aukoala Boots factory are absolute know what they are doing, to get a lot money for a cheap product.

I would take the 44,- and may sell the boots for a nice price, but in that way, these Aukoal guys get what they wanted to have - money from other people!

Anyone could help here ?

Geetings from germany,

Goetz
