I too had a refund from Pay Pal so I take back what I said and it was in full so I was quite relieved. The company still keep me emailing asking for their boots back even though I was asked to destroy them by Pay Pal which I did, I basically told them to go away and stop emailing me or I will file for harrasement as well. Thank you Pay Pal for your help.     ... View more

DEAR ALL I Have now made a complaint against Pay Pal as I feel they offer no assistance WHAT SO EVER please see my email ro them - There are so many threads on your 'Lets Talk' page about a particular web site to do with ‘FAKE’ UGG boots. All of us have purchased boots un-be-known to us they are coming from China and NOT even GENUINE UGG boots!! All PayPal can say is return the item, I have spent so much time on this and feel reluctant to return the boots at a vast additional cost to my self,  only for these rogue traders to say they have not been received then I will be minus BOOTS plus the cost of the return. I wish I had paid by credit card. Pay Pal are of no assistance what so ever!! There should more stringent rules in place for bogus sellers, we all used Pay Pal as we felt secure with what you promised, but I will no longer use your company. I will be posting this on your LETS TALK page to see what others say too. The boots I ordered are A. NOT UGG boots and B. NOT EVEN the style I ordered, why should I be out of pocket because of this?? VERIFY YOUR SELLERS before you allow us to use your company to buy from them and if you know they are fake GET THEM OFF PAY PAL ... View more

I spoke with Pay Pal yesterday about the same thing as they have said they have awarded in my favour but I need to send the boots back. I would not mind doing this but it is likely to cost quite a lot to send these boots back to China and I am not convinced that even if I do this that they will arrive; I will then have no boots costing £185,000 and equally will have spent money on postage!! Like all of you when I ordered them I did not know they were coming from China and also that they are not UGGS but another brand AUKOALA, Pay Pal stated they cannot be classed as counterfeit goods as they could have mistakenly sent the wrong items equally they were not even the boots I ordered ?? I am so outraged and certainly do not feel protected by Pay Pal what so ever, I will think twice about using them in future a credit card might have more protection than Pay Pal !!! ... View more

I don't understnad how Pay Pal do not have more of a kick when it comes to fraud? They must read these emails? They must know this company is fake. I have called them about AUKOALA as too has Adam, with regard to ADA yes all replies to this fruadulant site seems to come from her, even Adam attached her name in his emails. Lets hope if we all pull together we will get our money back and kick this company off GOOGLE, alas I only assume they will trade under another name. I think there should be a warning on GOOGLE so if you type in UGG BOOTS it comes up with 'what to look out for on fraudulant sites!  I know the legit company gave me links of where to buy true blue Australian UGGS. Do you think GOGGLE can help us? ... View more

Dear All and Adam please see my reply to Pay Pal and changing my dispute - http://www.onlineaustraliaugg.com/ugg-from-australia-narnia-women-boots.html   This is the style of UGG boot I ordered from Aukoala, the link no longer exists from their company and if I could attach pictures of what actually turned up I would (how do you do that?) There are so many threads on your web site about this company under UGG fraud most of them mine replying to other peoples concerns - fact of the matter is my boots did turn up, but no UGG recognition at all on their boot, and they don’t even look the same as the ones I ordered? This company when you Google them 'Aukoala Inc' seems to come up with lots of information about animal cruelty with regard to 'Racoon Dogs' being skinned alive to make these boots? Also when I emailed UGG Australia (the legitimate company) they say they have nothing to do with this web site at all? The boot is completely branded with 'AUKOALA' NOT what I ordered at all? This company seems to be misleading people into thinking they are ordering UGG (R) Australia boots when they are NOT, it’s like ordering a Toyota RAV 4 and a SKODA turns up? Is there anything you can do? Equally my main concern is that these boots are made from an illegal source and not of a humane source to say the least? If I return these boots (the fact also that they have changed their company name since I ordered them) alerts to me the fact they are trying to make quick buck and that A: the won't receive them, and B: they will charge me a re-stocking charge, of which NEITHER am I happy to pay and especially for something that looks nothing like I ordered. THIS website is 100% misleading? FYI - UGG Australia have already told me the boot I ordered is no longer in production   Good luck every one and legt me know IF your boots turn up and what they are like? This whole thing has taken up so much of my time and I wish I Had never seen the link on Google?     ... View more

Dear All   I hate to disappoint all of you, but the boots did arrive and they don't even have UGG labels on them, nor were they the style I ordered. The label at the back of the boot instead of stating UGG states AUKOALA !!! What a rip off. Now what do I do as I thought Pay Pal had said if I got them verified as not being UGG's then I can get a refund, clearly these boots are not even pretending to be UGGS, but the web site you order them from states UGG. ... Hi Adam   I won't be cancelling my dispute with via Pay Pal even if they do turn up I certainly don't want anything to do with boots made out of dogs !! and neither do I want fake Uggs, even if they do arrive, I will be desperately trying to find some one to verify and sign to say these boots are fake and will be pursuing this to the end. The sooner these companies get put out of business the better. I Will let you know how it goes though. ... View more

Hi All and Adam   Adam your emails from Ada at Aukoala are exactly the same as they have sent me.!!I have to wait until 23rd of December and if Pay Pal do not hear from them they will close the case and award in my favour. My only concern is how will they get the money back from Aukoala if they site closes down?? Does any one else have the answers? I can't believe we can't get this web site taken off Google so no other poor people get sucked in - not what you need at Christmas. When I googled the name Aukoala it came up with lots of animal cruelty too, of Racoon Dogs being skinned alive - that makes me feel sick and I too asked for my boots to be cancelled and immediate refund. I have heard nothing!!  ... View more
