Hi, I have just received funds from a sale on ebay and I want to use those funds to pay for some things i need on a web store but it is not giving me the option to pay with my balance, the options are to pay with card or bank account. Is there some kind of delay before I can use the funds that I have just received?. Also note I have been using this account for many years and it's fully verified so there shouldn't be any new account restrictions etc. Thanks
