Dispute closed unfairly what do I do?

I ordered three bags. They took over a month to come so I opened an item not received dispute. One arrived and stank of fish. It was disgusting. Then the other two arrived so I changed claim to item not as described. I have saved screen shots of the multiple other complaints about the same bag from the company onetrolley. Also complaints about this company not replying or sending postal address for returns. I asked PayPal how to send them this info as in the resolution centre you are very limited with what you can send. PayPal have closed the account in the sellers favour saying the items are as described. I now have three bags that stink of fish and which are probably not real leather. I am £100 down and the items were sent from China. I have had two incidents recently where PayPal have closed disputes for items not received saying the tracking showed they had been delivered when it showed they were in China! I am going to phone PayPal but anyone have any advice out there?

You can appeal within 10 days but only if you have new evidence.

Or you can phone and appeal.

To be honest there are more SNAD disputes from China posted on this forum than anywhere else.

If you buying there because its cheaper they are nearly always fakes.

If you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card then why not try a chargeback?
