Possible UGG boot fraud....has anyone else ordered from UGG OUTLET????

I have ordered 2 pairs of UGGS from UGG OUTLET and the payment went to AUKOALA AUSTRALIA INTL LTD via Paypal on 2nd Dec 2011. 

On 3/12/11 I received the order confirmation email and an email confirming the shipping of the boots which gave a tracking number and the shipping company www.ejs.com.cn, however when I put my tracking number in, the page could not be displayed because a fatal error had occurred!!!!  This stated they would take 5-7 working days to arrive....it has been more than that now.

I have emailed Aukoala and I have emailed the UGG OUTLET store and the mailer demon sends it back saying the recipient does not exist!!!   I am really concerned that I have been scammed.

Can anyone help me please?

Your storey is an exact repeat of mine!! i ordered two pairs too on the same day too.... After a day of realising that they wernt UGG Austrailas boot i emailed them to say i want a refund etc as your siet is very misleading.... you read the reviews and they state UGGS but they are not the UGGS that we all want! for the first week of emailing them they replied every day then after 2 weeks the website has gone and my emails just bounce back!

They provided me with a china website and tracking number which i cant do anything with as im english.... As i paid by paypal i am hoping that I am covered.... i am currently disputing a claim now....they have emailed me since to say they are still on their way and to please cancel my paypal claim... yea right.... total robbers i cant beleive I fell for it im very good on a computer and thought this site looks geninue... ho wrong i was.... im glad i paid using paypal cos im pretty sure im covered and will get my money back but it just takes time......

please let me know how you all get on..... i will come back on here and help out anyone if i can.... good luck guys...

When I filed the complaint with Paypal I immediatelly got an email from these criminals saying We saw you have made a complaint on Pay pal plese remove it! The cheek of it!

i guessed all we can do is report them to the fraud companys that deal with this type of thing and wait for paypal to contact us.... i have to wait until the 24/12/11 to find out where i  stand with paypal....

Hi all, this has happened to me too, not happy, cannot afford to lose £100 this time of year and those boots were for my daughter Christmas present. I ordered them on 30th Nov and last week i tried to track and was successfully using the details given and the information i got back was that the boots were in customs but now when I try to track i get page cannot be displayed and my e-mail to support has come back as unknown. I will put a dispute into paypal and hope in the meantime the boots will arrive but I doubt they will when i see how many people have been affected by this.

Adam your emails from Ada at Aukoala are exactly the same as they have sent me.!!I have to wait until 23rd of December and if Pay Pal do not hear from them they will close the case and award in my favour. My only concern is how will they get the money back from Aukoala if they site closes down?? Does any one else have the answers? I can't believe we can't get this web site taken off Google so no other poor people get sucked in - not what you need at Christmas. When I googled the name Aukoala it came up with lots of animal cruelty too, of Racoon Dogs being skinned alive - that makes me feel sick and I too asked for my boots to be cancelled and immediate refund. I have heard nothing!!

Hi sunshinekitten, I spoke to PayPal today and they confirmed that even if they take the money out of their PayPal account and put in their bank, as there are disputes open PayPal can automatically freeze their account and take the money from their back even if they don't have it in there! So basically their bank will be chasing them for the money and we will get refunded. I explained to PayPal that there is this thread with more people in the same boat... He said don't worry you will get your money back if they can't prove you have received the goods but the fact this fake company arnt even responding I think will just go in our favour... I have also heard about the raccoon dogs poor little things it makes my blood boil to see this happen! If I ever had the pleasure of meeting them I would skin them alive! The brand Aukoala is intact well known like ugg austraila but then you get these spin off websites offering these deals which **bleep** us all in.... These are the Arseholes that are offering counterfeit goods!! I had to bite the bullet and buy the uggs my girlfriend wanted for Xmas in the shop which I should have done in the first place but oh well we all want a deal hey.... Let me know how you get on! Just wanted to let you all  I received a parcel link this morning to say the boots are on their way, I will let you know what they are like when they get hear due to arrive hear at 2pm apparently? I still don't want these though so will be trying to find some one to verify they are fakes for sure, any one have an ideas how we go about that?

Hey sunshinekitten, Just be carefull as it could be another dodgy link they have sent to make u believe they are coming... I could be wrong but as someone mentioned above when they contacted the real AUKOALA company they have no recollection of uggoutlett! Just don't cancel you PayPal disput until you get them..
