(WHERE is my Refund?!) Receiving Refund question via Credit/Debit Card

I was refunded a sum of money from a seller, and I ONLY entered my card number(through paypal), no bank number.

*USUALLY, Once refunded (anywhere else) you would see transactions on hold (Purchases/Refunds).

The questions is: I was refunded, how come checking my online statement, it doesnt show my refund on transactions "pending/on hold", or is it added already to my balance (naturally on a credit/debit card it has to be held for a couple of days) but again, nothing is showing and its been 5 hours since the refund.

Any Ideas?

I received an email that said that my PayPal account should reflect a refund that was reimbursed. When I go to check it, it will not show up on my account, nor my bank account. In fact, it does not show that I even made that particular purchase.

Also it will not let me send an email to check on the refund because the activity does not show up on my account.

Is there any solution to this problem? Thanks.

Hi alsoknownasrick,

Did you make your original purchase by credit card without logging into your account? If so, check your credit card statement and see if it shows up there. Credit card statements can take anywhere from a couple of days to a full billing cycle to update, but typically it's just the couple of days.

well i have asked a few times about my refund and the admins keep removing my posts from in here..But anyways here is my question. I have my husbands debit card/bank account linked to my pay pal. Well I found out the other day after me refund failed for some reason that My husband cant add any money to that account. So he had to buy a new debit card for me and put money on that for me. Well my question is since this card no longer works how do I get my 26 dollars. Is there a way to transfer it onto my knew card..PLZZZ help me I have 2 kids and in desperate need of this money !!

Help!! I was refunded my payment on January 25,2011 it is Febuary 10,2011 and i still havent recieved my money back on my debit card statement.
