I had a question about something that's troubling me... I was issued a refund from a company for the price of $26.15. After stating that I had indeed been issued this refund, PayPal says that I completed a transaction where the amount I was refunded was taken from the card. Why is this? I did not use this money, and the transaction is listed on the statement, alongside the refund.
