unclaimed payment + irresponsible seller

Hi,

 

I have a problem regarding to cancel payment that I made on January 13,  2012. I placed an order for cell phones (USD750.00). I should get a tracking number three days after I made the payment. Unfortunately, once the payment has been made, the seller did not pick up my calls, not even replied to my text messages nor my email.

 

I tried to cancel the payment on myself, but I couldn't do that, since the payment is still unclaimed, so I can't open a dispute because the transaction ID is invalid. My problem is, the seller do not respond at all. I have contacted PayPal about this, but I do not know my problem status- not sure whether or not they have reached the seller on my behalf.

 

I really need my money back. Upset with this situation. =(
