3 days ago , I sent money to someone to buy a sport cards,but the email address he gave me was wrong. I checked the status of the payment and it said unclaimed and the email address was not registered with paypal.
I cancelled payment to the email address. Its been 3 days and paypal says my credit card has been credited but I check to the issuing bank and they said there is no refund from paypal.
How long does this process usally take? please help me, because it's effect to my credit card payment.
