I was on eBay for gucci by gucci body lotion... I clicked on buy and it took me to paypal account... When I filled in all my info plus debit card number and etc... Then the error came... I did that process many times and same error came. Then I went on amazon and bought the at lotion from there. Later I checked my back account and found out I was being charged from paypal twice. Now I want to get it refund... What to do?
