Hi everyone,
I just wanted to acknowledge that we are experiencing issues with the Invoicing Tool right now. If you try to send an invoice you may receive an error message. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The normal "Request Money" option is still working which may be helpful as a temporary workaround.
I'll post an update here when the issue has been resolved. If you have found a different workaround, please post it here so others may benefit. 🙂

Same problems here... was happening before Christmas and still is. Sometimes I can see a listing for the 'Draft' version of the invoice I tried to send but clicking on it just gives me the 'try again in 30 minutes' error message. Other times the Draft versions don't show up. Refresh the account page- there thay are again. I need to invoice customers and can't... please help!

I have lost some good business due to PP inadaquate resolution with the invoicing tool.
I am giving this till end of week, while I investigate other online services that do what paypal does, but more reliably.
Anyone here have any feedback as to who offers online invoicing and merchant services for online store payments? I am pretty sure Chase does as well as Citi, but looking for others.
I do about 12,000-15,000 a month in invoices and this is not acceptable.

I'm also having problems with this, my clients couldn't pay and the remind button wasn't working for me with "can't find invoice" error, request money just gave me an error so I had to log in and out, the invoices won't show up in the tab. Just now I got the reminder to work and was able to mail my client a reminder, I'll report back after I get my client to try and pay for it again.
