Hi everyone,
I just wanted to acknowledge that we are experiencing issues with the Invoicing Tool right now. If you try to send an invoice you may receive an error message. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The normal "Request Money" option is still working which may be helpful as a temporary workaround.
I'll post an update here when the issue has been resolved. If you have found a different workaround, please post it here so others may benefit. 🙂

Hi Frank,
I've been dealing with this invoicing issue for 3 days and it's getting a little frustrating...is there an update yet? The invoice looks so much more professional with the itemized list, so I really don't want to use the request money option unless absolutely necessary. Hope to hear some good news soon!
Thanks,
Stephanie

Hi rsteele63, and welcome to the forums!
Your timing is great, as I was actually just about to pop in and give an update, just to let you know we haven't forgotten about this issue. Our technicians are still actively working on this. We'll be back to report further if anything new develops.
Thank you all for your patience!

Thank you for the update Olivia! Every now and then I'll get it to work, but then my customer ends up having trouble paying the invoice because paypal says it can't find the invoice. I'll be happy when it's fixed 🙂

From one issue to the next... Horrible day, any idea on how longer until this is fixed?

Can someone please tell me what the estimated date for getting this issue fixed is? I have not been able to send invoices, review any of my old invoices, and my clients are even having trouble paying invoices. This makes me look very unprofessional. I have been with you guys for years and have never had any complaints. I just want to know WHEN this will be fixed. I am leaving for vacation on Friday and it is a must that I send my clients invoices before then. I appreciate any feedback that you have concerning this issue.

I have the same problem. Not a clue what the issue is.
I've got a draft invoice that I can neither edit nor delete, let alone send out.
