Transaction was cancelled

I recently sold something on ebay. I shipped the item after everything was paid for and thought that everything was ok. The item was shipped successfully and nothing was wrong with the funds on paypal. Now today i noticed in the category that says order status/actions on my paypal homepage that it says it was cancelled/issue refund. What does this mean and what do i do?

I have the same problem... I already shipped it and it is on its way but the person cancelled it. Does that mean he gets the package for free? WTF! I want my money!
