refund to a closed master card

Hi all,

I have bought something online but I didn't receive it on time. Now I have moved to another city and closed my bank accounts in my previous living city. Now, the money is refunded to my Master Card, but my Master Card is closed now. I want to have money in my PayPal balance.

Please help me if you have a similar experience or a hint.

Hi there,

Welcome to the PayPal Community.

When a refund is made for a card payment it is always returned to the card. If the bank account is closed you should contact the bank to ask what their process is in this situation.

Thank you for your answer, the bank contacted me and asked me what to do, I gave them another bank account and they transfered the money to my new bank account.
