Hi guys. I opened a case on Paypal and the company that is supposed to refund me contacted me and asked me to close the case, because as they said, if the case is open they cannot click on the refund button... However, I read that if I close a case, I won't be able to open it again in case I won't get refunded... I cannot trust the seller... Do you think what the seller claims can happen? Not being able to refund me if the case is open??? Thanks for your help in advance!

Hello @Ksavvas21,
Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.
If you close the claim and the seller does not issue a refund, we will not be able to take any action on this.
