Why need credit card?

Hi.

I can pay with my paypal online money an webhosting site, i have enought money in my paypal, but allways ask my credit card datas,

Why? I not like pay my credit card, have enought on paypal.

You can use funds in your paypal balance as long as they are in the correct currency and not pending.

But for some transactions ie digital / virtual or higher risk and at some point anyway Paypal will ask you to add a card to act as a back up funding source and to verify your Paypal account.

And if i add card datas which used card or paypal balance? I like just paypal ballane use.
