Is there a way to use PayPal, or a related service, to accept government credit cards ? I tried to send a PayPal invoice to a government customer, but the customer said NO because "we are prohibited from using PayPal (or any payment processing conducted by 3rd party vendors like Amazon, etc) when utilizing our govt purchase card (GPC). Unfortunately, this is a show-stopper for our side. Our card will get shut off if we attempt to conduct the payment via PayPal."
