Paypal refunded the money in my account to a past Mexican bank account that no longer exists. Money is gone...
Last fall, Paypal tried to vacate all funds in my account, and send them to a past linked account that is no longer in existence. About a thousand dollars disappeared. I went to the bank and went over the records from Paypal. The bank confirmed that the account does not exist.
How do I reach a human being? I tried calling the number but the number does not work...
