I was going through the process of sending a cash payment to a friend.  I completed the beginning part of the application asking for the friend's email account, the amount of the transfer, indicating the payment was to a friend, etc.  Once I got to the screen of selecting the source of payment, which 

would have been my bank account; the new screen indicated that I should try again at a later time.  It would not allow me to finish the process.  I tried

doing the transaction several times and in each case I got the same screen.....try again at a later time or contact customer service.  After several tries I 

did try contacting customer service and explained my concern three different times, but never got a response.  This was very discouraging and the process consumed several hours of my day.
