WHY I AM NOT ABALE TO PAYMENT ON A INTERNATIONAL WEBSITE THROUGH MY SBI DEBIT CARD? IS IT NESSECERY TO HAVE A INTERNATIONAL DEBIT CARD TO PAY ON THE INTERNATIONAL WEBSITE THROUGH PAYPAL?

Is it a virtual bank / card?

Have you confirmed it with the 4 digit code?

Does the billing address of the card match your paypal address?
