Hi,
I have tried to buy pet food from fetch the payment has been taked from my bank account thru PP but PP still says:
PENDING 14 April 2021
Authorisation
This is a temporary authorisation to make sure your funding source will cover the payment. Your funding source will be charged when SPECIALITY STORES LIMITED completes your order.
question 1 - what company am I waiting for fetch or Paypal for the order to complete?
question 2 - if I just cancel the full thing on PP how long will it take for PP to put the money back?
Any info welcome cheers

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
