I tried to purchase an oscilloscope from China in May. I had an unpaid item brought against me almost immediately. When I check my bank account the money had left the account. Paypal say that the credit card was denied when a print "all transactions" for that period. The item never arrived. What do I do? And yes I know I left it a long time to say anything ....but I am a teacher and bought this before summer holidays and assumed it wwent to the school.
You do have 180 days to file a complaint towards a transaction. If you didn't receive the item, here are instructions from our Help Center on how to file an Item Not Received dispute. I hope this helps!
