I purchased 2 things recently through PayPal, each time, I had sufficient funds in my bank account. The first payment, PayPal took $29 dollars from me when the item I purchased was $21. The second purchase worked out fine, but PayPal charged me another $29 extra. And now I somehow have a negative $21 balance in my PayPal.
