Unable to access account for unknown reasons

Greeting,
I have a problem logging in to my PayPal Business account. When I want to access an account it tells me that some of the information is incorrect but I am 99.99% sure it is correct. When I want to change my password, it tells me that the code will reach my mobile number, but I changed that number and forgot to remove it from my PayPal account. I have access to the email account from that PayPal as well as all the information of that account. I called support and the guy told me the account was locked and he didn’t know the reason. But if that were true, I would have received a notification by email, but that didn't happen, I even received notifications in the mail that my money was no longer on hold. So I don't think it's true that the account is locked. There were no suspicious payments/withdrawals in the account. Can anyone help me?
