I am transferring funds to a paypal account in the UK and the payment is getting declined due to security reasons. I have tried changing the payment methods but its not working. No issues found with the card. Tried adding bank account but its not allowing to select bank account for the transfer. Can we transfer money to the paypal account in UK from paypal account in India?
