Unable to Process Paypal on Godaddy Site

It has been almost a year and I am still not able to receive paypal payments on my godaddy site. Neither godaddy or paypal have been any assistance each one keeps pushing back on the other. When trying to make a purchase using paypal my customers receive an error message that just says unable to process your request at this time.  Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?

I have just spent 3 hours on go daddy chat for them to tell me it is a paypal issue. I had no issue till yesterday. I deleted my old paypal and tried to add a new one and now even te old one wont connect.

I tried setting up stripe and square instead and says error unauthorised...so how can it be a paypal issue...go daddy has really gone down hill but right now i have no way of people paying for tickets! 😞
