Has anyone else has experienced PayPal holding their funds for the second time around, even after verifying their identity? As a freelancer providing intangible services with no shipping involved, I'm puzzled by PayPal's requirement to provide a shipping option. This situation is disheartening, especially since it means my funds are held for 21 days with each transaction. Has anyone found a solution to this issue or have any advice on how to navigate it? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!
