It has been almost a year and I am still not able to receive paypal payments on my godaddy site. Neither godaddy or paypal have been any assistance each one keeps pushing back on the other. When trying to make a purchase using paypal my customers receive an error message that just says unable to process your request at this time.  Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?
